慧截由 Lexdawn Global 提供。我们的原则很简单：默认本机处理，不主动收集你的录屏、截图、页面内容或聊天内容。
我们处理什么信息
- 你导入的视频、生成的截图、PDF、HTML 和报告默认只保存在你的设备上。
- 如果你主动发邮件给我们，我们会收到你的邮箱地址、邮件内容、附件，以及邮件服务产生的基本传输信息。
- 如果你主动导出或发送诊断日志，日志可能包含应用版本、任务状态、错误信息、处理步骤和文件名，但不会主动包含视频、截图或正文内容。
- App Store 可能向开发者提供汇总的下载、崩溃或评价信息；这些信息由 Apple 按其政策处理。
用途与法律依据
我们只在提供支持、修复问题、维护安全、履行法律义务或回应你的请求时处理你主动提供的信息。适用法律要求法律依据时，依据可能包括履行服务、你的同意、合法利益或法律义务。
本机处理与内容边界
慧截是一个本机工具。你选择处理的录屏、截图、聊天、网页、文档和导出结果由你控制。请优先选择你有权处理、保存和分享的内容，并妥善保护可能包含个人信息、商业秘密或敏感信息的文件。设备、云盘、邮件或其他第三方服务中的分享与保存设置，属于慧截本机处理流程之外。

Jeture Privacy Policy
Jeture is provided by Lexdawn Global. Our principle is simple: local processing by default. We do not automatically collect your recordings, screenshots, page content, or chat content.
Information We Process
- Videos you import and screenshots, PDFs, HTML files, and reports you generate stay on your device by default.
- If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and basic transmission information created by email services.
- If you export or send diagnostics, they may include app version, task status, error details, processing steps, and file names, but they do not automatically include videos, screenshots, or page text.
- App Store may provide developers with aggregated download, crash, or review information, which Apple processes under its own policies.
Purposes and Legal Bases
We process information you choose to provide only to support you, fix issues, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to your requests. Where a legal basis is required, it may include performing the service, your consent, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.
Local Processing and Content Boundaries
Jeture is a local tool. You control the recordings, screenshots, chats, pages, documents, and exports you choose to process. Please choose content you may process, store, and share, and protect files that may include personal information, trade secrets, or sensitive content. Sharing and storage settings in your device, cloud drive, email, or other third-party services sit outside Jeture's local processing workflow.
Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, copy, or port personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; request an explanation of processing rules; or complain to a regulator. EEA/UK/Swiss, some U.S. state laws including California, Mainland China, Brazil, and other regions may provide these or similar rights. Email support to exercise rights.
Sharing, Transfers, and Retention
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context advertising. Support emails and attachments you send may be processed by email, hosting, security, or customer support providers and may be stored outside your country or region. We keep this information only as long as needed for support, safety, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Children and Security
Jeture is not directed to children. We use reasonable measures to protect support information, and you should also protect your device, backups, cloud drives, and export folders.
