慧截默认在本机处理。除非你主动通过邮件、云盘、聊天软件或其他方式发送，录屏、截图、导出结果和诊断日志不会由我们主动获取。你应谨慎处理包含个人信息、商业秘密、健康、财务、未成年人或其他敏感内容的文件。
合理使用
- 不要用慧截侵犯他人隐私、版权、商业秘密或其他合法权益。
- 不要处理、传播或保存违法、有害、欺诈、骚扰或未经授权取得的内容。
- 不要规避平台限制、破坏服务安全或误导他人认为我们认可你的内容。
责任边界
我们努力让工具稳定、清晰、尊重隐私，但无法保证每一次输出都完全准确、连续或适合所有场景。你选择处理的内容、导出结果的后续使用，以及设备、云盘、邮件或其他第三方服务的设置，属于慧截本机处理流程之外；适用法律赋予你的强制性消费者权利不受本协议限制。

Jeture Terms of Use
Welcome to Jeture. By selecting “Agree and Continue” or continuing to use the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Service
Jeture is a local processing tool that turns scrolling screen recordings into screenshots, with optional PDF, HTML, and diagnostic exports. We may continue improving the algorithm, interface, and export options.
Your Content and Rights
You keep your rights to the content you import and export. Please choose videos, screenshots, chats, pages, documents, or other content that you may process, store, convert, and share, and keep applicable law, platform rules, and third-party rights in mind.
Local Processing and Sharing Choices
Jeture processes locally by default. We do not automatically receive recordings, screenshots, exports, or diagnostics unless you choose to send them by email, cloud storage, messaging apps, or another method. Please be careful with files that include personal information, trade secrets, health, financial, child-related, or other sensitive content.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Jeture to violate privacy, copyright, trade secrets, or other lawful rights.
- Do not process, distribute, or store unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, or unauthorized content.
- Do not bypass platform restrictions, interfere with security, or imply that we endorse your content.
Boundaries
We work to make Jeture stable, clear, and privacy-respecting, but we cannot guarantee every output will be perfect, continuous, or fit every use case. The content you choose, later use of exports, and settings in your device, cloud drive, email, or other third-party services sit outside Jeture's local processing workflow. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
Support, Reviews, and Changes
If you are happy with Jeture, an App Store review helps. If you are not, email support. We may update these Terms and publish the new version in the app or on this site; we will try to make important changes clear.
